When your Sumitomo (SHI) Demag injection molding machine arrives, an experienced Service Engineer provides machine startup and training including:

  • Basic operation and maintenance instruction (training on control systems can also be arranged prior to installation)
  • A detailed preventive maintenance schedule
  • All manuals and support documentation covering instruction, parts, operation, molding maintenance and troubleshooting
To ensure a superior level of service, all Sumitomo (SHI) Demag Service Engineers are professionally trained. In independently conducted surveys of our customers, our Service Engineers are consistently rated as knowledgeable, helpful and responsive.
